How do I book a session or event with you?

You can contact me via email, telephone or using the online form in the Contact me page. I need to know the exact details about your event or session in mind, the date and the location. I will then reply to you in order to arrange a consultation call to discuss your request and further plan for it. I will provide you with ideas tailored to your needs for a successful result.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reschedule the session if needed?

Life is unpredictable and things can change. So in case there are unexpected circumstances which do not allow for your session to be conducted as planned, then we can definitely reschedule. However, I need to know as soon as the plans change, so that we can book my next available date.

What is your availability?

Currently I am available only during weekends. Please keep this in mind when considering a booking with me.

What areas do you cover?

I am based in the lovely town of Newbury, in Berkshire. I am happy to travel up to 30 miles for any kind of photoshoot. Any distance longer than this, is subject to additional charges and it has to be discussed during our initial consultation call.

What is your turnaround time for delivering the photos?

This depends on the type of photoshoot. My average delivery time is about 2 weeks for couples and family sessions and 4 weeks for larger events, weddings, etc. Nevertheless, I will let you know exactly when to expect to listen from me, which typically happens even earlier than initially agreed.

How will you deliver the photos to me?

All photos are delivered to my customers via a password protected online gallery. I use Pic-Time.Com as the provider for this service. You will receive a unique link via email, that you will use to access the gallery. Only you will decide whether you want to share the gallery with other people, like family or friends. User interface is very friendly and you can navigate among the photos very easily.

What type of files will I get?

You will be able to download all photos as jpeg files in both High and Low resolution, depending on how you intend to use them. High resolution is necessary if you want to make prints and albums and Low resolution files are ideal for sharing online, in Social Media, Blogs, etc.

What if I need some photos to be re-touched?

Even though I am sure you like my style and you will love the photos I will deliver to you, I am happy to edit specific photos you will choose one more time. This will be done only for selected photos that you want re-touched (for instance you want a coloured photo in Black & White or the other way around) and not for the whole gallery.

Do you own an insurance policy?

I own an insurance policy by GuardCover, which covers my gear and any public liability. I can provide a PLC upon request.
